Reflexology Treatment

The first session will last approximately 75 minutes and will include a full consultation to review medical history, lifestyle, current concerns etc and to determine an agreed course of treatment. Subsequent treatments will last about 60 minutes.

Mini Reflexology Treatment

If you are short of time and only 30 minutes to spare then a Mini Reflexology Treatment can concentrate on specific problems. Please note that a Mini Treatment will only be performed once a full initial consultation has been carried out.

Hopi Ear Candling Treatment

The first session will include a consultation to determine the course of treatment and will last approximately 60 minutes. Subsequent treatments will last about 45 minutes. All treatments include a short relaxing face massage with essential oils to end the session.

Combined Reflexology & Hopi Ear Candling Treatment

Receive a Reflexology treatment followed by Hopi Ear Candling therapy which is then finished off with a short relaxing face massage with essential oils. This treatment will last approximately 120 minutes and include a full consultation. Subsequent treatments will last about 90 minutes.
